Bug for new Chars to get 2 Small Gem bags and 2 Small Collectable bags

I discovered a bug for new characters to receive 2 small starter bags when making a new character. Not sure if this will work for all but this is how I did it.

• You must be able to 'Skip' the tutorial and go directly to the harbor from Korthos.
  
• Go to the harbor and talk with the NPC who normally gives you the bags, Mari Mosshand.
  
• She will not have an icon over her head but should give you 2 bags anyways - 1 small gem, and 1 small collectables.
  
• Now you need to complete all quests on Korthos.
  
• Once you complete Miserys Peak you can go back and talk with Mari Mosshand - she should have an icon over her head.
  
• She should give you a second set of bags! You should now have 2 small Gem Bags and 2 small Collectable Bags.
  

Not sure if doing anything else is involved. When I first made my new character I went directly to the harbor and got my bags BEFORE completing any quests. I then did some Korthos, some Harbor, some Marketplace before going back to Korthos. I went back to get my item set bonus which required me to complete to Miserys Peak. I then noticed an icon over Mari's head and talked with her again and to my suprise she gave me a 2nd set of bags.

Thanks for the tip! I don't have any bags on 2 of my lowbies! I couldn't remember which person gave em out!
