No longer chasing/trading for +2 tomes...thank you.

Pretty much what it says, I went ahead and rebuilt her w/o the tomes I wanted, and am just 'short running' her until I get them naturally...by dropping the UMD I have the stats I mostly wanted, and most of the skills, so she's running again.

I don't have any +2's.... Hryin may be able to help though.

When I made her, I set her as Neutral Good...this lets me use 'of Good' weapons and the Res.Ring, but keeps me from being vulnerable to the Axiomatic/Anarchic Burst weapons the badguys like to have at endgame...still vulnerable to 'of Evil' but oh well.

When I was done, I checked her over, and it was all as I wanted it to be...then I gave her several tomes and a bit of lowbie gear.

The other day, after the recent data center problems, I noticed for some reason she was now showing as Lawful Good...I'm reasonably certain I checked her alignment when I rolled her (had a check list of things written down) but I didn't screenshot things, so there's no way I can prove it.

I reported it, but I know they won't fix it, so to get what I want, I'm going to have to reroll her, which means replacing the tomes used.

Thus, since they aren't dropping of late, I'm swapping my devil scale out 'to the highest bidder' (heh) so I can have the character I want...and this time, I'll have several photographs of the process (via my cell phone) as well as screenshots so if it ever happens again, I can -prove- it wasn't me screwing it up (which is what I'm sure the bug people will say).

What sort of +2 tome are you looking for?

Generally I would probably take anything...the only stat I didn't bother with was CHR (as I'm not going the UMD route).

I probably wouldn't consider an INT tome (in +2) though, as that's way to valuable to anyone considering a character that has skills unless someone just has them coming out of their ears or something...heh.

I guess the easiest to use would be a STR, DEX or CON tome, as with any of them, I could probably juggle and get the stats back to where I had them with regular +1's, but I would probably take anything but a CHR tome.
