Stone of Change Rituals

Post  Sneaky on Tue Dec 16, 2008 1:24 pm

I have been asked many questions about adding AC bonus to armor. Below is the link, showing how to use the Stone of Change to add AC bonus, Save Bonuses, and Damage Bonuses.

Collectables to look for:
Lightning Split Soarwood
Funeray Tokens
Silver Flame Hymnals
Tome: Prophecies of Kyber
Vials of Pure Water
Strings of Prayer Beads
Luminescent Dusts
Sparkling Dusts
Fragrant Drowshood Mushrooms
Deadly Feverbranch Mushrooms

Personally I recommend keeping all of these you find. If you look on the AH they go for a lot of money, but are fairly easy to collect in the game. I added the AC bonus to many of my armors and it does work. I have not tried the +1 to saves yet, but plan too. The force damage is very nice for lower level toons as well! sunny

The force damage is good at any level because if you put it on a weapon that requires damage to go off the force damage bypasses DR...

Also, from what I understand, if you want to add the +1 AC to your armour via this process, you must bind that armour to yourself prior to performing the ritual...

...but I've been known to be wrong before...

You are correct Trayjan - you must Bind & Attune the item to you with the Black Khyber Dragonshards before you can perform the ritual, including Raid Items. Even though my Icy Raiment was bound to me I had to use Khyber Dragonshards to Bind & Attune it before adding the Ritual.

ooo thats why it wouldnt work.. I figured since it was already bound I didn't need to bind it. I will add my +1 ac to my Raiments tonight Smile

For the +1 to saves does anyone know if it stacks if you put it on multiple items?

Not sure, but the AC does so I assume the Saves do as well....
