Some Truth

I'll keep this short and breif.
After quitting ddo to travel and work, and not playing for many months.
I doubt I will be returning.
I love you all, but I feel like my course is complete with ddo.

time to clean house
As you can see we are a growing guild and it is time to clean up the guild listings, some havn't been on for more than a year, some 6 months, I am going to target 6 mon. and older with the exeptions to some of our founders.
This is an effort to see just how big we are and to start a new recruting program to get new gamers and old into the guild, I would like some input from all of you. to help me in doing this.
At one point in time we were all new, this is where we can separate from other guilds by taking the time to help new players out.
I like to give special thanks to Pan for his commitment in the guild and he ability to lead in the raids,
All of us have played a major role in the guild at some point or other and are still learning to play the game.
Thank you all for your support and Friendship, Hyrin

Hyrin,
Sounds like a good plan to me.
If there are any exemptions to this rules we should formulate a quick list. What's your ETA for the purging?
I am willing to volunteer some time sending emails to the characters before purge in case someone just happens to log back on.

Let me know how I can help. OH....and maybe we should really try to get a guild meeting going
I can (probably) do any day this week except for Sunday. (Thursday I will be on after 6 Pacific).

ETA Cleaning House
I would like all the counsel members in helping me purge these names. I only know so much and don't want to expel anyone without proper notice. One of the biggest problems we have is people signing up for the forums and listing their main and their alts; anyhelp is much appreciated.

I don't know a lot of the alts. I have only been in the guild for about 5 months or so. I'm not sure of some of the older alts.

Suggestion
May I suggest that going forward, we suspend guild recruitment until the prospective member takes the time to sign up at the forums. This way we can at least keep track of who is who...with the exception of Hyrin of course, who celebrates each new day by re-rolling a new toon.
Just a thought

8 Am: Wake Up
9 Am: Breakfast
10 Am: Roll a new toon
10:30 Am: Delete that toon
10:30-12 : Work
12 PM: Roll a new toon while eating lunch
Finish the day
Re: time to clean house
Hey Hyrin looks like a good plan. I think you and the guild counsel will make good decisions on who needs to go. I agree notifying people to log on to their toons that they have not been on for the past six months. Give a time frame to when they need to have it done and after that, delete the non-players. I look forward to seeing how many of us are actually in the guild.

She hasnt been on for a while.... Could you delete her???

Oh Sqweel. You know you would miss me
Plus....you have to remember that I am on the guild council....WE are the ones that are going to be sending out the messages telling people to log on or they are booted. You might wanna watch your mailbox.
