I'll keep this short and breif.
After quitting ddo to travel and work, and not playing for many months.
I doubt I will be returning.
I love you all, but I feel like my course is complete with ddo.

Back to School
Franz is in shcool so no time for play time. See you now and then, as long as my work is done first.
Re: Back to School
I understand that. I go to school until 9 pm on Monday and Wednesday, so I'll only be playing on (some) Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Depends on what the week is like.
Good luck Franz. It will be good to see you on.

Re: Back to School
Well, pritty much the same boat...still looking for work and classes just starting. I went home this weekend (and will have to week after next)....
BUT...my classes this year, are a little on the light side (ONLY 14 hours! compared to the full 18 i did last year), so I should still be around quite a bit.

Only a week into school and I already have assignments due everyday. I have a new respect for all of you that have gone through post secondary school and survived, and had a life beyond homework

I SHOULD BE 3 simmesters from graduate if all things go well.
Im working on IT concentration, but trying to pick up all the SC classes on my way through. Kinda dual concentration...not quite a second major, or a minor...

Calc is pretty fun actually...till you get to the 3d math, then I actually get segfault errors in my brain and face-plant desks...
I guess thats why I failed engineering....

I like algebra right now, its fairly straight forward, but hard enough to make my brain work.

I never did too well in math and science. I was one of those weird guys who liked Geometry and Physics though.

Re: Back to School
I loved Physics, didn't really like Geometry (but aced it) . But I loved math and science in school. Hated History. Did okay in English.
Right now, I'm taking Pre Alg to kinda refresh my math skills since I figure it is stuff I need to know (and I haven't done in 10 years), but I was always in advanced math classes in middle/high school. The math teacher I have now, for Pre-Algebra, makes everything SO hard to understand and leaves out steps in solving problems. And he is focusing on word problems. It took me around 6 hours to do a homework assignment because it was 58 really long word problems. Really?!?!? But, it took me way too long to get into a math class to drop it, so I'll stick with it until December.
Ok, there is my vent on school this semester.
Luckily my Bio teacher makes things easy.

Algebra was always fun to me, its essentially a complex logic problem.
Geometry just kinda stopped my brain, I still have nightmares about proofs.
Physics, Chemistry were fun ish, but I was not good, and I liked...
Biology I was great at, but didnt care about?
History was entertainment to me....
