Current Nominations and Status

Grimwald - Nomination Accepted
Hyrin - Nomination Accepted
Pan - Nomination Accepted
Morrek - Nomination Respectfully Declined
Led - Nomination Accepted
Sauul - Nomination Respectfully Declined

Do we want to discuss nominations on this thread? I feel we have many good leaders in the guild and I've had the pleasure gaming with many of them. A few names were mentioned in the meeting and all of them are good choices. Morrek, Pan, Hyrin, and myself were mentioned.

I would like to add some other choices that would be good, Led and Sauul.

I will accept the nomination for a leadership roll, be it as guild leader or as counsel member.

People can post nominations here or they can PM them to me and I will add them if the nominator would rather remain anonymous.

The same is true for the Guild Council thread. the same person can be nominated for both and can accept for both, but obviously Guild Leader would take precedent over council position.

Thank you Grim for nominating me for guild leader. I also thank anyone else that did so. I'm honored to think you have the confidence in me to do a good job. That said I see some very qualified candidates that play more then I do. I feel the leader should be on more then I currently am so regretfully I will decline the nomination.

I've thought about this for a few days and have decided to decline the nomination for Guild Leader. I would love to do it, but I think others are better qualified. I want what is best for the guild.

I am happy running the forums and if everyone thinks I belong on the council then I will happily do that as well.

I'd like to thank everyone for being very helpful throughout this process. I think we are in the home stretch. Most of the items we have agreed on should have no day-to-day impact on players and should only provide benefits. Everyone should remember that nothing is set in stone... we can always tweak things if needed....

Okay, I missed most of the meeting because I had company come over. So I didn't get a chance to voice my opinion. First of all, why do we need to change the guild Leader? Who wants to change the guild leader?
